Dispatcher
We are looking for an experienced dispatcher/broker with solid understanding of the trucking industry and market
Responsibilities:
• Booking loads, dispatching it to drivers, leading drivers from Point A to Point B, basically you will be focal point of communication between truck drivers and office
• Direct the daily activities of drivers to designated territories or dedicated operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives
• Ensure that drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to our customers
• Counseling drivers and assisting them with over the road issues
• Scheduling trucks with an available load in there area
• Managing and expanding customer base
• Communicating ETAs with Customers
• Working with all departments to ensure a GREAT experience including tendering of the load to completion of accurate billing
Candidates must have:
• Minimum 1 year in trucking industry
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of Load boards
• Knowledge of FMSCA regulations
• Have excellent sales skills

Over-The-Road Driver
- 1 year (verifiable) Over-The-Road driving experience
- Being ready for driving for vast distances and being away for weeks at a time (3 days off in 2 weeks)

Payroll Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance (foreign degree is acceptable)
- 24 months experience as a Payroll Specialist
- Knowledge of FMCSA and USDOT regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and VBA
- PCS Transportation Management system and ITS Dispatch TMS software knowledge
- TenStreet system
- ADP, or QuickBooks payroll system expertise
- Trucking industry experience is a plus
